Telephone Timesheets Review

This is an excellent tool for keeping track of your employees hours of work over any given week or month! I have never had to call in support with this product so far but if there was ever something that needed fixing it would be easy enough do fix without calling them out. The app is easy to use with its simple interface. It has lots of features which make it very versatile too! I love that you can have multiple users for one account as well so everyone in your team knows their timesheet usage at all times without having access to emails or any other communication mediums. The best thing about this software is that it helped my organization track all employees' activities throughout their shift every day without letting them know! It was also able to store information such as dates of birth or phone numbers for each employee in order to identify when they are absent from work. I like everything about this phone app. It is very user friendly and the time clock is very easy to use. I like that it's easy to use once you've been trained by their staff; we are able train our own employees if need be as well! Sometimes things get lost in translation from one employee/supervisor speaking with another person so communication is sometimes difficult when making changes mid-process or for new hires who may not have all of this process down yet - but overall great software!!
