Best solution when communicating internally or externally

We are using telerion to manage the communication with our customers. It is easy to use and you can create a lot of different messages. You can also easily create reports with the help of the admin tool. I think that the customer support is not as good as I would like it to be. If you have a small company like us, you should use telerion. I have solved the problem of managing communication with my customers.
