This was very false advertising. In this case, not all the promised items were present. I am very very disappointed in the quality, you could probably find this quality in a $1 store.

The product was covered in dirt (even in the packaging!). I had to thoroughly clean the case and box to remove all dirt and shavings from the product. Very unattractive and unprofessional.

As a total jerk who regularly drops my iPhone, the plain black OtterBox Commuter has always served me well. While the quality is as excellent as I expected, I was a bit disappointed to find that unlike other Commuter cases I've bought in the past, this *NOT* comes with an adhesive screen protector.

Otterbox cases protect my phones well as always. The design may not be as attractive as I would like my new phone to be, but it does the job of protecting it for everyday use. I like this Commuter series, especially compared to the Symmetry series, because it offers some depth to protect the rear camera lenses and has raised edges to protect the front screen.

I've been using this case for about 2 months now. That's great. It has protected my phone from multiple falls from waist height or higher. I'm a firefighter and use it at work and at home with 3 and 5 year old boys and it has consistently kept my phone secure. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a very secure case. I dropped it thinking it would probably break and everything was fine.

If you've had other Otterboxes in the past, you'll immediately realize that they're not as "premium" as they used to be. The two-piece construction of this item fits your phone to feel a little sturdy, but when you take both pieces out of the box it's immediately apparent that this is nothing more than a shockingly thin piece of plastic and some hardened rubber. First of all, I think it's important to point out that if you still haven't received your iPhone 11 and you're buying in advance, you should know that without the case it's quite thick and sturdy.
