Doesn't hold thread stiff enough (doesn't stretch at all). Doesn't work at all. I had to throw it away. I want to return it and get my money back.

It took me a few tries to get used to the threading but I finally figured this part out. The biggest problem is that you can't buy thread for a spool of dental floss. The thread itself is thin and quite smooth, but breaks every now and then. It's a mediocre product, but I definitely go further.

Cons: Pre-installed useless thread, difficult to replace. pulled the thread out, pulled it over the teeth and wrapped it around both holders, then rewound the spool to get tension.
