TeraText DMS Review

I like that it's easy for me, as well my secretary/assistant users are able to create their own forms in minutes! The most useful feature is being able to have multiple versions of the same content in one place, in many different formats (like PDFs or Word docs). It also allows us to save time by having all our files for projects in one spot/place. I don't like that it's not as intuitive for my team members who are new to using this software. The most helpful thing about this is that it has helped us in keeping track of our contracts, which are all stored here as well. It helps with maintaining records for different projects or clients etc., I have no complaints really but if you want something more robust then consider other options available out there instead because this one isn't very good at managing large amounts of data due to its size restrictions.
