These are my absolute favorite cups! Microwave and dishwasher safe! No more hand washing! They don't keep your drinks as warm as other mugs, but they also don't burn your tongue on overly hot drinks that never get cold. Your drink will still stay warm for hours! It's always great! I have three of these, I like the themes I have: Sesame Street, Alice in Wonderland, Star Wars and Harry Potter. I always use straws. Keeps everything cold for a while, never tried hot. The lid and asterisk have saved many laptops and keyboards from spilling liquid from an open-mouthed mug. They're not cheap, but they're great!

Not the best gift. Especially for those who know at least a little about design. The decal is applied off-centre with no regard for balance or harmony. Alice's head is cropped at the top, with extra clearance at the bottom. I have no idea why the decal couldn't be pasted or designed to face the bottom of the mug. Also, the photo is deceptive. Design on a much smaller scale with no clarity. The lid smells like rubber.
