A chunky device with a remote that only works at arm's length leaves a lot to be desired.

If the product is within 60 cm of sight, the remote control is working. However, with such a shutter, you could click the button yourself. There may be an annoying delay when using a Bluetooth/wireless keyboard or mouse. For the price I definitely expected more.

Works great/fast switching!

This kvm works great! Doesn't stutter at all. Plug and play, press the front button to switch between 4 computers. I have 2 Macs and 2 PCs, all paths through these. It's fast and reliable.

Perfection your name is TESmart KVM Switch

Works exactly as advertised and works great in every way. If there was one downside it was that the latest Windows 10 update required a full reboot of my system and I had to unplug it, turn it off and then plug it back in, although it wasn't manufacturer or vendor related, which was a Microsoft Problem. Works great but beeps loudly

Very quick and easy to set up. Simply connect the included HDMI and USB cables to your computer and the appropriate ports and connect the HDMI port, keyboard and mouse to the back of the box. You have to be ready to go. I hooked up a windows server and laptop while both were working and after adjusting the server's display settings for the 'new' monitor it worked. Hardware failure after 5 days

Days 1-3: Worked as expected. Day 4: The keyboard was exhibiting strange symptoms - sluggishness, lag, stuttering when pressing the right ctrl key, etc. Day 5: The UEFI/BIOS emits a loud beep on boot, indicating that the main HID devices (keyboard, mouse) were missing. When the GDM (Ubuntu) login screen came up, the keyboard and mouse were unresponsive.

Does not work with play equipment

Have been using this product for 3 months now. I'm a gamer using high quality components that aren't cheap, have a backlight and have multiple buttons for multiple functions. Functions that stop working when I connect my database and mouse to this cheap and inferior product that doesn't do what it's supposed to.
