Didn’t work on the plane, but fine in the hotel

The AC power on the plane was not compatible with this adapter, which kind of sucked for an overseas flight. Had to revert back to my device specific international adapters instead. Glad I brought them along just in case, or this would be a one star rating.

  • Nice size however not usable for England. Is useable for Germany which is where it will be used.

  • Only compatible with certain devices

Worked for 12-day European tour trip

Bought for a high schoolers' European group trip. Worked fine for 12 day trip to charge phones and run small items. Can't comment on hair dryer as we bought a dual voltage one that did not need this.

  • Just exactly what I needed. Worked great. Compact size.

Very Handy in Ireland

Bought 5 of these for our recent two week trip to Ireland, one for each member of the family - and one is all each person needs. Each of these has US plugs for four items (one with the grounded outlet, three with just the standard two-prong), as well as USB/USB-C plugs. I was able to charge my Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, laptop, razor and toothbrush all with this one product.

  • Was especially good for charging my Fitbit, the charge lasted 50% longer than usual.
Cons
  • Difficult to find replacement parts

Does the job but it could have been designed better

Bought and used this in my trip to Germany a few weeks ago. It is well constructed and it worked as it should. My only grip with it is that the plug end does not fold. It is present form it is a bit too bulky to throw inside a computer bag.

  • Can cause electric shocks
