I wish I had found them sooner - would have saved me a ton of money changing keys!

I use these to connect MAC HDMI adapters to HDMI cables in school common areas. In the past, adapters "went" all the time. I must have spent hundreds of dollars to replace them. Now I can inexpensively permanently attach them to cables. Yes - someone could probably cut them off. But mostly it's a matter of convenience as to when they "go". I immediately used 6 of these and have never lost an adapter since.

TetherTies was easy to install and proved to be just that.

TetherTies was easy to install and just what I was looking for. Worked on several adapters in the office. I expect to use it more often and recommend it to colleagues looking for such a solution.

They are mainly good for cable fuses

Each loop has two sides that should be closed after crimping, but I have found that the side of the metal that should already be closed needs extra crimping because it is pretty easy falls out. They're good for holding adapters together, but aren't great for end-to-end security. can be pulled out by simply twisting the attached adapters.

Basically they work.

Each hinge has two sides that need to be locked after crimping, but I've found that the side of the metal that should already be locked needs extra crimping because it falls out quite easily.
