Very disappointing! I was looking for something other than the plain white boring standard toilet seat and it looked so beautiful in the photos. The first seat arrived - broken so we requested a replacement. The replacement also came broken so they sent both back and refunded the money. Looks like very poor quality, cheap plastic. Very disappointed. The laminate peels off on one side immediately after unpacking. I bought it for its aesthetics. This makes cleaning very difficult as the more you clean the more it flakes off. I only noticed this after fitting new bumpers on my bidet so I cannot return it now. My new bumpers will likely fall off after the laminate peels off even more. I was trying to save some money by buying stock in Revain but my wife has complained about the seat slipping off the gitgo. I replaced one of the bumpers with a set of rubber bumpers and that slippage was fixed. Then, just a few weeks later, the hinge on the other side started showing a lot of play where it shouldn't.
