My daughter loves this leotard it fits perfectly 5/6 and now in 7 I'm going to 8) over though she and grew up, she still sits very well with no discomfort. The only downside is that there is no label and it can be difficult to tell the front from the back. If she accidentally puts her clothes on backwards she's always in danger of slipping, so I marked the inside with a permanent marker to show her how to put the clothes on, the marker doesn't show through.

She is 4 years old and measures about 20 inches at the shoulder and crotch and I ordered 5-6. I'm giving 4 stars because, as others have said, the neck opening is not the best design for putting on and taking off a swimsuit. I've worn it once, it's ok, the tag says hand…

We followed the size chart and it was too big so we sent it back and made it smaller. It sits well on the torso, however the neckline could be made a little larger to better get in/out of the lion. The crotch is cut a little wider. Size 10A for 8-9 years is comparable to the children's average in swimsuits from well-known brands. All in all, the design and fabric is cute and meets our Halloween needs.
