I like that it's easy for our volunteers who are scattered across several states at different times of year to be able to reach out quickly when we have an urgent need! It is also very helpful if you're trying to get people from other areas involved as well - they can see what others around them look like so more likely to participate themselves!! It has allowed us not only reach out across multiple platforms & networks but also allows donors who are busy schedule wise an easy way of giving by texting instead if visiting our website/office etc..
