This shirt fits very well. slightly snug as expected if you prefer your shirts to fit a little lose you might want to go up one from your normal size. Most of my shirts are Large but for a snug fit in workout shirts, I usually get Medium.The material stretches so this shirt hugs your upper body with not a lot of movement which is perfect if you are working out, or doing work around the house and in the yard. This is a great compression shirt, it fit perfectly to my frame and moved with my body (have had compression shirts in the past where is seemed like only some parts would move with you) was comfy and great active wear. Best of all it was stylish.

The fit and material on this is nice. It's held up well after using it in multiple workouts. I got it in black and can wear it as a normal t-shirt. It's held up well in the wash as well. I'd recommend goimg a size down if you really want the compression feeling. My only complaint is that the neck portion goes too high. It didnt bother me during workouts but on days I've worn this as a shirt under a button up the neck portion does get to be a bit much.
