Cannot assemble for computer gaming chairs

I also had trouble with the screws holding the seat to the backrest. Same problem as other reviewers that the screws weren't fully tightened. I had to send it back as I couldn't assemble it. Revain was very helpful but I would not recommend buying this chair.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Not suitable for tall people

The metal surface is so worn that there are sharp burrs on the armrests. The "adjustable" lumbar support isn't really adjustable, it only pivots in one spot and doesn't rest next to my lower back. I'm tall and the lumbar spine rests on the back of my pelvis without even touching my back. The seat depth is too small even in the most forward position.

Pros
  • Fine
Cons
  • Somewhat different

The back is broken

For the price I would not recommend it at all. The screws for the back are not fully seated making the whole thing wobbly and unstable - they were tightened as tight as physically possible and the instructions followed the letter. Support is silent - I didn't get a response from support for about a week after reporting the issue.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • I will add later

expensive chair, crappy support from Thermaltake

Defective product arrived. was unable to attach the chair back to the chair seat. The bolts literally turned about 2 turns before stopping, leaving the rear end very loose and wobbly. I contacted Thermaltake customer service to inquire about a backrest replacement and after several emails and videos about the issue they wanted me to return the chair in full and pay for shipping. The RMA also stated that any damage to the packaging or chair during transit is my responsibility and could void theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Best in its niche
