The right product for me, there were no problems.

A large video card did not fit, you will have to install a water block on it and dance with a tambourine about installing a radiator for it, or assemble a completely custom LSS.

Pros
  • Roomy and at the same time compact case, which fit my ATX motherboard and 360mm CPU water cooling system.
Cons
  • thin metal. little space for cabling.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

In general, I really liked the case, because. it perfectly suited my requirements, before it I used a home-made custom case, but after the upgrade I would have to do it almost anew to improve cooling, with this case the problems were immediately solved by themselves, although it is 2 times larger. I didn’t like that the case, although miniature, but they put support for ATX boards into it, it would be better to leave only mATX, but reduce the dimensions. I also noticed that in general it would…

Pros
  • The case perfectly suited my requirements - quite narrow, despite the fact that a full-fledged video card gets up. The mirror layout of the motherboard turned out to be very successful. the body is on my left. SFX PSU format is a big plus compared to TFX, there is at least some choice of PSU. 4 things. 120mm fan.
Cons
  • I read about the poor quality of the materials in advance, I was ready that the metal was very thin and the window was made of cheap plastic, something imperceptibly scratched on the very first day. I didn’t bend a very fragile riser at all, I just stuck it in and immediately installed the video card, it still works. Lack of cable management - OK, I managed before, I managed now. You can not additionally fix the video card if it is shorter than the motherboard - sad, but not so critical. You can't install a second fan from above without touching the riser, and considering how barely alive it is here, it's better not to risk it.

Perfect product for any user!

I put in the i7 7700k case on 1 sectional dropsy and 1080ti on 2 sections. The flight is great! Percentage in max load is fried up to 60, video up to 55-65. The ventilation is excellent. Has pros: - thin (no thicker than iphone 6plus length) - excellent view, plenty of slots for ventilation - mesh dust protection on magnets - fits a standard and long (with 3 coolers) video card without problems - 1 hole for 120mm fan on the top, 2 in the front panel and 1 in the floor. Ventilation monster! You…

Prior to this case, the Fractal Design Define R4 used for a long time. Define is an excellent body, but it began to annoy with its size. The desire to change it to something compact for an ATX motherboard has grown. I saw this thermal take and bought it. Case material - thin metal on the walls and back. The window is plastic. The front panel is plastic. There are two fans in front. Two valves can be hung on the ceiling. The far ceiling is attached with two screws, and it must be very thin…

Pros
  • Compact metal case for ATX motherboard. Cute in appearance.
Cons
  • The main drawback for me is the dust filters. Compared to Fractal Design Define R4, there are none. The second drawback is that the seats for hard drives are located on the front side under the fans and are not ventilated in any way. When I had dropsy - HDD heated up to 42 degrees and above. I changed the dropsy to Noctua NH-L9x65 air and it got better. The third drawback is the inconvenience of placing the water cooling of the processor in the presence of an HDD. If someone thinks that they will cheerfully put a radiator from dropsy with a valve on the ceiling of the case, then no. There, the distance from the ceiling to the border of the motherboard and metal pins is about 4 centimeters. I tried to put a radiator on the face of the case, but then the HDD began to warm up. As a result of experiments, I came to the following cooling config. On the face are two conventional valves for blowing. On the ceiling in the distance, one thin valve for blowing. On the processor lies the Noctua airflow with the direction of air flow to the motherboard. This is how a compromise is reached, in which the HDDs are well cooled and the processor does not heat up too much. But if you don't have an HDD or don't have a fad about cooling them, put a dropsy in place of the front fan and don't worry.

Assembled the system on SVO. I7-8700K+1080Ti. In the front part, I installed a 360x25 copper radiator. I ordered from Ali. Video card with factory full cover from Gigabyte. On the water block from EC. The pump is also from Ali with a reservoir 90 mm high. 650W SFX power supply Chieftec CSN-650C. Motherboard Asus 370 - mATX. The system turned out to be very compact, almost toy-like. In Windows, it is almost silent, at maximum load, the fans are certainly audible, but nothing more. At maximum…

Pros
  • The only compact case on the market for ATX and with the ability to install CBO. Assembled simply, but soundly. I was looking for something to get to the bottom of - but I did not find anything critical.
Cons
  • Among the shortcomings, I would like to note an ill-conceived system for attaching a video card - the card is plugged in as usual, and in the tail part the card is fixed on removable plastic stops. So these stops are exactly opposite the card's additional power connectors. In principle, the card is held like that, but just in case, I hung it on a wire to the top of the case. Also, it would not be bad to make at least some kind of cable management, let the case increase in width by 5 mm, but this will significantly improve airflow.

Good value for money, I recommend.

The case is good and beautiful. I would also like to have a place for a disk drive, at least like an apple superdrive, and a 3rd seat for a cooler on the front panel. The kit includes 4 rubber feet, 2 foam cubes that can be glued on to create a gap for air. If you remove the front panel, then there will be 2 trays for hard drives, if you wish, you can put a third one, I think that 3 disks were supposed to be installed.

Pros
  • Compact, rather narrow, Beautiful appearance, the presence of many vents. holes, USB 2. and 3.0 ports, Plexiglas window (not tempered glass)
Cons
  • Requires an SFX power supply, impossibility to create a good airflow of the components in the case if it is installed in a cramped place (horizontally, there is practically no room for blowing the case from the motherboard ports)

Totally disappointed, product is terrible.

For the first time in my life I encountered such a concept as a riser. Having assembled the system, I did not do any cable management, I had the power supply on the table, since I expected the delivery of the SFX PSU in a couple of days. There were problems with the video card not wanting to output a DVI signal, and I spent some time plugging the riser into the motherboard and the card itself into it to figure out what the problem was. In general, these are problems that anyone can have. I…

Pros
  • I do not recommend buying it, I will describe why in the comments. The body itself is excellent. Nice dense metal, rich equipment in terms of screws and cogs, very compact size. Good plastic glass on the side panel. This is my first case since Fractal Design R4. I liked the two coolers on the front panel from the kit. I did not connect them, because I bought my own, but it's nice as a bonus. Stylish, but not vulgar design. I really like the front panel. Very nice screws for the side walls, soft, not metal and do not tear the skin if you twist it hard. The side walls themselves, unlike the Fractal Design R4, fall into place almost on their own, they slide in very conveniently. Well, in general, in terms of build quality, it seems to me that this case is worth more than its money.
Cons
  • Drives: The first thing that caught my eye was the plastic sled for the HDD. A trifle, but unpleasant. The second minus, as for me, is the lack of any space for an SSD in principle. Either put it in a case / adapter and put it in 3.5, or, if there are two HDDs like mine, put it on a shelf. This is obviously nonsense, because in the upper right corner of the case, for example, there would be enough space for a small niche for an SSD. But, apparently, it is understood that the disk will be in the M.2 form factor and it does not need a separate place. In any case, even in the promo photos of this case, the disk is on the shelf with the HDD, and this is extremely ridiculous. Cable management: In principle, it is practically non-existent. It consists in tightening the wires as much as possible and putting everything in the dungeons. Only flat wires of the SATA type can crawl into the dungeons, and, in general, it didn’t work out for me to run power cables there. Excess Molex type cables from the PSU I crumpled by force and hid under the hard drives. Dust protection: The kit comes with three strips on magnets, one of which is only suitable for perforation on the side wall (narrow and long). The other two can be moved between the front, top and bottom panels. The front one is hidden directly under the outer casing, and for the top and, apparently, the bottom (did not check), recesses are provided outside the case exactly the size of the grid. It looks nice, but it seems to me that it will quickly lose its appearance. But at least you can wash it. The disadvantage here is that the holes on the rear panel, and it is all made up of holes, and the bottom remains completely unprotected from dust. It seems to me that it would be optimal to put at least three such grids. The main disadvantage, which crosses out everything that is possible, and why I desperately DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this case if you live in 2022: PCI-E Riser Cable. It's just hell.

Nice compact case, best in the Computers & Accessories category

I bought a Core G3 case for a cheap build with some spare parts I had. The case itself is well built and cools well thanks to perforated mesh on all side panels (top, bottom, front and back). Two included 120mm fans keep the components cool even when overclocked. This was easily resolved with a variety of zip ties. The free disk sled was a nice touch. I also found that there was enough space in the hard drive cage to install a third 3.5" hard drive at the very bottom of the hard drives and I…

THIS CHASSIS REQUIRES SFX POWER SUPPLY FORM FACTOR AND NO PCI SLOT

God it's annoying to buy something that in no way says or implies that the damn thing had to do some INCREDIBLY rare concession work. I have this case, my slim cooler, my new USB wifi dongle (the old PCI dongle had to be removed. The case has no holes for the PCI slots. I really think they could figure out how to do it but never mind.) To be honest I LOVE this deal. The SFX power supplies are so compact and tiny that they exude quality. MMMMMMMMM I'm really pissed that I had to shell out $120…

This is a THIN case! Watch out for the gap, especially when you're water-cooling! Definitely more space for custom water cooling with an ITX board. I'm sorry ATX manufacturers use this case to build a similar setup. With a GPU installed, there is no room to use the additional PCIe slots built into the ATX board. The stock fans were too thick to fit on a top-mount heatsink, so a 15mm fan had to be used instead. The top cooler is an ultra-thin 20.5mm cooler with a 15mm fan and NO empty space! The

What you need to know before you buy

thrmaltake g3. This case is very unique. Before purchasing, you should consider the following to ensure it is suitable for your purpose.1. It's a reverse ATX case. I mean the transparent door is on the right side and the motherboard is installed upside down. This makes it a great backup computer if you want to mount it to the left of your desk. It's designed to be the thinnest ATX case you can buy. If you need to add pci/pcie devices to the assembly, forget it, it won't work. They make GPU…

Great case for tight spaces

I bought this case because I needed something very thin for the media center I installed in my living room. I needed a small case with good airflow and not very noisy. This case meets all of these criteria. I was able to install three SATA drives by hiding one behind the drive bay next to the power supply. My only complaint is that the graphics card bracket doesn't fit my card. It was meant for a full size graphics card but the one I used is about 3/4 long so it was about 5cm shorter to reach…

Please read the details before purchasing!

I originally bought this case for a friend's PC build and found the Amazon product page for this item to be misleading. Most of the reviews concerned a different case; different from the one i ordered which was a thermaltake core g3 thin form factor. Anyway I couldn't use this case and didn't really want to return it because I had already thrown away the packaging so I figured I could do a build with this case. So I came back to this site to try and find a power supply for this case and…

The perfect HTPC gaming case!

I bought this for a new gaming rig to put under my TV. I wanted something small enough to fit on my entertainment stand, but big enough for a full size ATX motherboard and capable of providing adequate cooling. Make sure you know what you're buying, a lot of people here complain about things they should have checked before hand - or things that just aren't true. You need an SFX power supply. Only 2 PCI slots are available, which is really only 1 for any standard double-height high-performance…
