Not designed to last.

After about 15 uses in my van oven. They are already starting to collapse inside, and the text is becoming difficult to read. I don't have more than 450, but they reach 600. So the usable quality is low.

The dial is 2 inches, not 2.56 inches, and the temperature measurement has been turned off.

It is easy to read but the description is misleading. The actual "face" of the thermometer - the part marked for temperature - is only 2 inches tall. Just turning on the metal body is 2.56 inches. Also, it appears to have read about 50 degrees (compared to the oven setting, the Lowe's laser thermometer, and the second thermometer, all of which were 50 degrees lower in a similar range).

The figures melted

Purchased in October to see if oven thermostat was working accurately. Oven set to 415, thermometer read 550 – I know it's not 550 or my pizza would have turned into a crispy black mush. So over the next few months I pushed it around in the oven in search of a sample. The thermometer only reads 350 or 550 no matter what I put the oven on. The numbers have really melted away. Called the mechanic and thought okay I'm right the oven gauge is broken and not accurate. Don't bake. The oven was off 10
