This is a good thermometer. It reads well and has an accuracy of one to two degrees. A good storage bag or it hangs nicely with a loop at the end. I like to keep everything together in one bag. Reads quickly and easily.

I'm not exactly sure about the accuracy but it should be pretty good. We've been cooking roasts, didn't want the internal temp to go above 130F because they tend to get tough at higher temperatures. The roast came out moist and tender.
