Not for extreme temperatures.

IMS 4.0 lower tank cover for my xr650l. It held up as it should and looked fine but the glue had cooked and I had to use rtv to hold it in place but it's still there and doing its job of bouncing heat off the gas tank.

Designed to protect chips when desoldering with heat from a hot air repair station.

Used hot air at 800F and no problems with the ICs underneath desoldering the USB connector. Definitely going to be my favorite thermal band. Since the heat applied to desolder the USB connector is only used for a very short time, this worked in my case. For other uses I haven't tried it as basically I needed something to reflect high temperatures for short periods of time. Adheres well and is easy to remove from the board. I liked that I could bend it around the chips underneath to ensure there

Used as reflective coating for UV curing chamber.

I wrapped the inside of a 5 gallon bucket with this tape to give it a reflective coating to cure the 3D printed resin parts and to protect the bucket itself from the UV lamp. It worked well. It's quite tacky and I wanted the tape to have no creases or creases and the bucket to be slightly tapered, so I worked with short lengths, 20-30 inches. I would say shorter lengths are MUCH easier to work with. it sticks to itself, it doesn't peel off. However, for my intended use it worked very well and I
