My Shark is a few years old and the hose has broken at the top and bottom. The tape stopped working, so I bit the bullet and ordered a new one. This is perfect for my Shark NV356E! No more loss of suction from the hose!

After receiving the product and attaching it to the vacuum cleaner, everything was fine, but it broke on the third use. The button on the back of the handle simply popped off when pressed to remove the conductor cleaning hose. All parts found and reinstalled, then when reconnecting the hose to the vacuum it came loose again and broke. Not happy at all. Do not buy.

I bought this item in September 2020. I had a problem when the lock button didn't work. I wasn't sure if I would get a notification in return. I thought it might be worth a try. (I didn't fill out the warranty information when I first bought this product.) They emailed me back within 2 days. They send me a new part and don't force me to return the defective one. I will do more business with this company.

I would give this product all stars but the clip on the handle is broken and won't last long tube - also 6 Months are not old! I'm really disappointed with the return policy, but that's my fault for not realizing that the return window time was so short. I would buy from another seller if I knew. Guilty. If anyone asked I wouldn't recommend it but only because of the return policy. It's a great piece, but it broke so quickly it would have lowered my rating as well.

Spare part 153FFJ for NV356K Shark Professional Liftaway. Overall it was good. It was a bit tricky to attach the bottom clips, but with a little effort it finally snapped into place. The old one just crashed and wasn't easy to replace. There is some play at the top, but no loss of suction. Sucked a bit and everything seemed to fall into place. I was very happy to find a replacement for my 10 year old vacuum but after only TWO uses. the case fell apart. literally. I can't vacuum without the plug popping off every time I rock back and forth and the floor just got loose. POOH. Now I'm stuck looking for a new vacuum as I can't find a replacement and I threw away my original plug thinking it would last for years. I had read in other reviews that this hose replacement had issues but decided to take a chance. The new replacement looks the same as the old one and went through with no problems.
