Please make sure the first fan you install is the first connector closest to the white connector coming out of the circuit board. This is the only fan that will read the PWM signal and show you the speed in the monitoring software. The cable is a bit stiff but easy enough to install. Board disconnected from cable when I was plugging in the fan connectors. So I don't know how it works so far. I cut the insulation and noticed that the wires are separated at 4 solder points.
