🚲 Enhance Your Thule Pack 'n Pedal Experience with the Silver Rail Extender Kit Review

Having a bike that's fully buoyant and a Thule Pack and Ride rack is great, but it's so much better when you can move the bags further back. I bought 2 sets to extend both rails.

I will be returning them as I have my front rack mounted. If in doubt, you can move the rear baskets back to give more room for the rider's heel.

These are great extensions, whatever they are, but the picture is deceiving. I also wanted black plastic stops, one of mine was missing. I figured what the heck could an extension come in handy and replace my plastic stop. They do NOT come with plastic stops. The only way to replace the plastic stopper is to purchase a complete rail kit from Thule, which costs $17 plus $10 shipping.

unusable/not needed, Thule Pack 'n' Paddle Tour Rack is more than sufficient. As a result, I didn't install this extension at all. The rating is based on the need, not the quality of the product. I highly recommend getting a basic tour rack and buying it if it doesn't suit your needs. Every Thule product I have ever purchased has been of the highest quality.
