The Thule Podium Fit 3145 Size securely holds my extra luggage, bringing convenience to my travels. Product was NOT new and was missing 8 bolts

Based on all the scratches on the brackets this was a used kit and NOT a new kit as stated in the description. And it's missing the 8 screws needed to attach the kit to the crossbars of the roof rack.
