🏂 Thule SnowPack Large Ski/Snowboard Rack: Safely Carry 6 pairs of Skis or 4 Snowboards in Silver Review

Works great! My husband always loads his skis in the trunk because he's a bit taller than me and it's a lot easier for him than for me.

Only 19.6 inches usable width. Both of our boards are 11-5/8" wide at the tip and tail. We'd have to stack them on top of each other to fit side by side. Trying to flip two more upside down is totally impossible as the folded fasteners will fall in. btw .M should be 2-3" wider. But L is at least 6" taller for a family of 4. Very disappointing. Not what I expect from Thule. I will be returning this and NOT a one size fits all monster SUV for my elegant one get a small sedan.

Received today. It looks way better in design than my old flat top and is more durable. By the way, my old flat top broke open in the lock while riding on an open road and the snowboard flew off the roof and crashed my car! the lock of it looks better and safer. and I hope that when I start using it, it will give me the same feeling. not at all. It's ok, I took the speedlink mount from my old ones and installed it on this one. Works perfect.

Easy to install and very strong. We installed cross members ex works on our large SUV and had no problems. Worked great on a long 4 hour ski tour. The only issue was the low ground clearance in the resort's garage, but luckily we found an open parking space. 4 pairs of skis and a snowboard fit perfectly, and the extension model is just what I needed for the Chevrolet Prigorodny. Definitely makes it easier to get the farthest pair from above. Jacket and clothes stay clean, zippers don't rub on paint, etc. We attach the Speedlink to the factory Chevy crossbars fairly securely. Normally I would fly some light things but my snow bag extender came with no lock cylinder or key. Just an empty key. The Snowpack itself is a pretty good product and the most expensive rack Thule has to offer. This is the best ski carrier I've ever had. They are large, very well constructed, very easy to install and work great. Install first. Really easy. The hardest part was getting the rubber back onto the frame after I pulled it back to install the bolts. But the instructions were accurate and there were enough extra parts that I believe could be fitted to a variety of vehicles. Bought this pair for my wife's 2014 Ford Flex with Thule AeroBlades. Works perfectly! Decided to use the included clamps for easy on and off during seasonal shifts. More permanent direct mount options use the included T-bolts to insert into the aluminum profile of the AeroBlades, but this requires sections to be cut out of the rubber inserts on the bars.
