Tiger Eye Patriotic Helmet Mirror Review

I've been using the Tiger Eye helmet mirror for 5-6 years now and never ride without it. They look great with different designs and work even better. Since the "arm" is a real metal bicycle spoke, you don't have to worry about adjusting it as it is very strong. Other mirrors with plastic parts could easily break or not stay in place. I can only recommend this mirror!

I contacted the seller to find out how to attach it because I couldn't get it to attach to my helmet keep. I asked three other avid cyclists if they could help me and none of them couldn't find out either. I informed the seller and his response was "Have you read the instructions?" Although my comment on them mentions their very vague and unhelpful instructions, they didn't read my questions and didn't help at all, which is why I returned them. .

Although I watched the YouTube video 3 times and tried to see the small image that came with the goggles I was unable to fit them to my helmet. I haven't perfected the "rear view" yet, but I folded it into a convenient shape. I have to turn my head a bit to get a good look behind me. It was much easier to put the stick on the helmet mirror and the visibility was much better. The stick on the mirror was also more advantageous.

This is the fourth Tiger Eye mirror I have bought - two each for my husband's helmets and my road and mountain bike helmets. They are so strong thanks to the stainless steel bike spoke wire. The optics in the glass mirror are great when we drive on busy roads. The mirrors I bought before were not comparable. My oldest tiger eye mirror is 8 years old. When I started using the product I was very satisfied with its performance. But very soon I noticed that inside the glass coating there are spots on the reflective surface. The discoloration continued to grow and affected most of the reflective surface (see photo). I like these mirrors. I've tried three mirrors of this type (Monkey Mirror brand) over the years and thought I'd try another brand to see if it was easier to position. I was disappointed it wasn't. I had a mirror with Velcro which stuck and fell off in the sun as the glue softened. I bought this one because it seemed like it would snap in place and be immune to heat.
