Yes. The product has expired and arrived open, bottled in a bag containing two bottles. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I love Bed Head products and this one didn't even smell like the real Bed Head product I usually get at the hair salon.

I have been using this product for many years but this bottle is different. When I got this I thought it didn't smell like it normally does. Maybe I'll get used to the smell and move on. After 2 months of use my hair is lifeless, greasy and I am losing tons of hair. I changed the shampoo and my hair came back to life. Something is wrong with this product. It was a little scary losing my hair. Won't buy this again.

I love this shampoo/conditioner. The problem is that you pay full price for an expired product. The last one I received was 15 months overdue. It definitely doesn't work and the smell is a bit strange because of that. You can go straight to the beauty salon and get fresh ones for the same price. I've ordered several times and have never received one that hasn't expired. I will no longer purchase this product from Revain.

This product does not moisturize like other Tigi products I have used, in fact I think my hair has become drier as a result. I have read several reviews mentioning that this product may be counterfeit. Now I'm wondering. I have also noticed that my hair has become flatter and less voluminous with this product. The smell was good. If you just want clean hair that's fine, but not worth the price if you're expecting a product that will moisturize and repair your dry hair.

I received my product yesterday and it was not in the bound packaging as advertised in the picture. It was in a ziplock bag and it leaked all over the bag. It was also 4 months overdue. It wasn't advertised. I am not happy with this purchase and wasted money as everything ended up in a container. I have only used this brand and loved it when I bought before. Now I need to look for another resource e.g. B. Looking for a salon that I can buy.

Let me start by saying that I have been using Tigi Bed Head Shampoo and Conditioner for many years and have always loved this product. That being said I gave it a 1 star rating because they advertised 50oz and make you think you get big bottles but you actually get two 25oz bottles. I agree, but don't stick an 'epic size' label on ounces. There's nothing epic about being deceitful. Also, while my conditioner bottle was filled to the brim, the shampoo was only 3/4 full. They still smell nice but
