The best band saw I have ever used.

The best bandsaw blades I have ever used. My 1st project with my new Wolf Holz blades, resawn and ripped open 8 quarters of insanely grained teak, cut straight and true, no burns, the cleanest straight cut from a bandsaw I've ever had. Extremely impressed. Thank you forest wolf. (although a properly adjusted bandsaw will also help with excellent results. LOL)

Pros
  • Cutting Use: Roughing and trimming dry wood
Cons
  • Requires socket

Excellent Blade - Band Saw Blades

I recently ordered a 1/2" X125" saw blade from Laguna for my 14" rough terrain band saw. I have since sent it back to Laguna (I love my 14" SUV btw) and am still waiting for a refund. Having said that I can't tell you how great this Timber Wolf saw blade cuts! Doesn't wobble, drift, stick, stick etc. just nice consistent cuts :)…

Pros
  • Suitable Material Thickness: Kiln Dried Hardwood 3"-10"; Softwood 3"-8"
Cons
  • Slightly chipped

The best part of my band saw.

I ordered the 125" version of this bandsaw blade and it is exactly 125" long. Assuming my bandsaw is running, it cuts every piece of wood I push through. It doesn't do much if the machine isn't on. I have a small tool I made for my Dremel and I can sharpen it at least twice so it lasts a very long time. If your saw is properly adjusted and strong enough, you can cut a little with this saw blade. He won't do veneers very well, but he will cut smooth with the right technique. I find this blade to
