I'm a very short 19 year old, works in construction - I'm on my feet all day lifting things like concrete , tiles and wood . I bought these shoes because tennis shoes made my feet too vulnerable. For the most part I was happy with the boots. They provided shelter and protection from sawdust, gravel and concrete. The splints had better grip than the tennis shoes, so I slipped less. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT ALSO DESERVE A STAR (but I had to select it to give my review!) I am so disgusted that THESE BOOTS ARE SO WRONG! It's pretty obvious to the naked eye, you just can't tell from her photo. Real timbs are much heavier, have 4 rows of stitching (instead of 2, nice try) and are of better quality (leather/suede/nubuck) and weatherproof.
