"Dough" was already dry when I received it. I've tried kneading and rolling but the shape holds. It wasn't even in an airtight bag so it wouldn't dry out. It was just a flat piece of plastic wrap. The rolling pin and ribbon came in a ziplock plastic bag, although I thought the dough should have been in a ziplock bag. I had to return it for a refund.

It's great once you understand how to roll it (almost) perfectly and get the right amount of pressure. It's best to unroll it while there's plastic on both sides because every little thing will stick to it (like lint) and every crease on whatever surface it will leave a mark. If you get confused you can just roll it up and start over, just watch out for air bubbles. It's easiest to get an impression while the baby is sleeping, just make sure you're pressing hard enough.
