Great pump! (for value)

This pump is great compared to what I already have. Very soft, not so noisy and releases more air. Threading the hose onto the valve stem could be better. You'll lose a pound or two by removing the tube. Otherwise I like it very much.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Minor issues

This item is so easy to use

This item is so easy to use that you don't even have to put it on the ground next to your car. I put it on the side of the seat to inflate. front or back seat. Gets to the tires with ease. It inflates quickly and the job is done. There are no complaints about this.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Expensive but works well.

Nice little pump. My F-150 tires run out in 4 minutes (one tire). Soft as a whisper. Doesn't wobble thanks to rubber feet. I had concerns about the hose connection, but it detaches quickly and easily. I deserve an extra pound just in case, but it doesn't lose any more air than a bike pump. My pressure gauge is accurate, which is also a nice plus. Certainly a nice upgrade over those little emergency inflators.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

This is NOT a 150psi pump!

We bought this specifically to pack in our 5 wheel van when we travel. It is advertised as a 150 psi pump. Our RV tires are rated at 110psi. One of the tires was low (99psi) so my husband tried pumping it up. After 5 minutes of pumping, the arrow did not move. After reading the manual, he claims it's a 100psi pump. Yes, Tyrewell, you have our money. I hope others read this and don't make the same mistake. TIREWELL 12V Tire Inflator - 150 PSI Heavy Duty Metal Twin Cylinder Direct Drive Airโ€ฆ

Great pump EXCELLENT WARRANTY

I've used it about 10 times to fill a small air tank. Last time I turned it on it sounded like it had ball bearings in it. I ordered this large one to replace a much smaller one that I've been using for 5 years. Now we come to the guarantee. Wow! Tirewell warranty is off the wall, they send me a brand new one. THIS, OTHER COMPANIES, IS THE WAY YOU SHOULD DO ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks to the service team! PS WOW again! It showed up just a few days after Tyrewell said he would send me a newโ€ฆ

Ideal inflator for wheeled use

Bought this specifically for use with Roy Pow 180w AC/DC converter (200w max) 12v 15amp power supply (also purchased from Revain). The kit allows me to inflate my RV tires from a 120v source or a 12v source (I use my Kodiak portable solar generator for a 12v source). The amount of air to inflate is understandably small, but the psi rating to inflate RV tires (80-100psi) is what I was looking for in this unit. When I first got the device, I did a "break-in" on the pistons by running themโ€ฆ

Brilliant! Can buy another!

At first I thought the fitting of the hose would be a problem as I've used universal fittings before, but that's not the case. This pump is several times faster (6-7 times) than cheaper devices. It also works great - the metal fittings on the hose get heated, but the compressor housing doesn't (burned on the cylinder housing of a cheaper compressor). As a test (wanted to do a video review but camera failed) and had no motivation to do it again), I deflated my BF Goodrich All Terrain AT truckโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • I won't say anything

(updated 12/27/18) Still working well after a few months. My son noticed one of his SUV tires was undersized, borrowed it in November and he did a great job inflating the tire to go to the shop and have it fixed. (Original review) Bought after our van's tire went soft last weekend and we drove 1/2 hour looking for a major gas station where I could pick up the van and take it to the tire pump to return home and discovered that it had surfaced to have had a slow leak during our stay. So far thisโ€ฆ

Pros
