My shepherd stays put.

I have a 90 lb GSD that pulled out a lot of the usual spikes and twists after bending them to pieces in record time. He broke the chains and escaped several times. I really wanted to give him more space to play and this gives me the opportunity to do so with peace of mind. I live in Southwest Ohio and our land is soft and poor quality. This post hasn't moved since it was planted (we have soil so soft I could just push it in with my foot). It's been up and running for a month now with no sign of

Reliable and works Red Clay

I had doubts about this purchase due to issues I had with several other lawn stakes. I'm pleasantly surprised at how tiring this job is. It didn't have all the hollow parts like other units, it was a solid piece of metal with strong welds to prevent it from breaking or being damaged. My dog is very picky about these inserts and I feel completely comfortable that the dog is safe with this product. Our dog is very large and pulls with the strength of a hundred and fifty pound dog. Better than screwing in

I finally got frustrated trying to replace the screw in the guy lines every few months. My dog is only 50 pounds and my soil is rocky clay. I would buy a 120 pound pile screw and we would have to screw it back into the ground at least once a week. After 2-3 months it flexed completely to the point where it was almost impossible to get back on the ground. In my opinion this rate is much better in pounds. Almost 6 months later she has never tangled on the top of the stake. He's still perfectly…

Easy to install, very durable, the dog will not escape!

We only installed it about a week ago but we are very impressed. We have a 55 pound dog who folded up very quickly and pulled out his first tie. She's not that crazy when she's outside. But just a few twitches to greet someone or run through a hose and she killed him. I was very nervous putting a tie on her when she could free herself so easily. (The first one I tried was Cesar Milan, which I bought from a local shop for dogs up to 60 pounds, they say). This design will NOT stretch or bend…

Decent big beast! good against stretch marks and posts

update: has been in the ground for 2 months and hasn't moved an inch. It is still straight and not bent. 2 👍 Up! I don't have a cop, I mean American Horror, I mean American Bulldog. He's 13 months old and weighs every muscle, not an ounce of fat, except his head. I temporarily tied him to my 300+ pound garden workbench and he quickly pulled him over. My neighbor gave me one of those corkscrew posts that I screwed all the way into the clay soil and invented. The clay, of course, seemed almost…
