Worth it if you like expensive wheels

Some reviewers found it a bit cheap. The nylon bushing is thin, but if it were thicker it still wouldn't fit on the wheel. Think of this as a homemade tool and don't use it with a percussion gun. I will only use it with a broken rod and a torque wrench.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • No automatic

Do not use with impact!

Fits perfectly in the lugs on my Enkei EKM3 wheels. You can remove the outer plastic cover to get more clearance if needed. This differs from typical "deep" sockets as the internal hex in this head goes much deeper making it suitable for "tuner" style nuts that go very deep into the socket. . Just don't use this in one fell swoop - its thin-walled construction is sure to break if you do.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Complete crap, first day was ok but gradually got worse

I had this socket for two months and it was really great at the beginning. It didn't scratch my Muteki SR48 nuts (which are made of 50BV30 steel) but I guess today wasn't the day for this tool. I decided to weld the nut on. The mother itself looks normal, surrounded only by a curved tip. I don't even get a refund. I think you get what you pay for. disposable tool.

Throw a wrench at him.

Excellent socket! Very well done. The cover is very tight and definitely protects your wheels. This is a plus if you have expensive non-genuine discs. It fits my torque wrench perfectly with no adapter required and makes it more accurate when tightening my nuts to spec (80 pounds in my case). Another good reason to buy it is the great price. I am very happy with this socket and my key seems happy with it. Keep your instruments happy, boys!

Cheap bushings don't last

I'm changing from winter to summer tires etc on my two cars and my brother's two cars. They're good for occasional use, but they're cheap and wear out quickly. This will damage the nuts or bolts fairly quickly. I had these complete rubbish 2 nuts. If you need a thin wall for non-original wheels, you need to remove the protective plastic. The steel they are made of is inferior, and wear can be noticed almost immediately. I bought a set of $80 thin wall SATA connectors which seem to be much…

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Actually not as thin as it looks in the photos

This concerns the 22mm jack: I originally bought this jack because it is very thin walled when you remove the white outer protective plastic piece. Since I only needed it for a one-time use to remove a particular bolt (i.e. it's okay if the head breaks during use), I wasn't overly concerned about its strength. I was more concerned about finding an outlet with very thin walls. Judging by the photo, if you remove the white part, the metal socket turned out to have ultra-thin walls. No, guess…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never
