We bought a relatively new caravan hoping that our travels would not be a problem. Our friends bought a new luxury caravan and we both had trouble getting the temperature up and down depending on the weather. Okay, the DC fans are good quality and the stand is handy, but don't believe the easy to install videos or ads. It's not VERY difficult to install, but if you're not good at such things, it might confuse you.
