Reviewing new products - easy way: TIVITY

The interface is very intuitive, so I can easily navigate through my projects without having to think about it too much. It's also very user friendly once you get used to how things work. Sometimes there are issues with the program crashing or freezing up when trying to do certain functions. This has happened quite often but they have been quick at fixing these problems as well. The benefits of this software include being able to quickly organize all our projects into one place. We're alsoโ€ฆ

  • I feel that TiviTe is very user friendly and easy to navigate

  • The program crashes frequently when being used and I have experienced freezing or lagging after saving changes in a project

Great tool for internal collaboration and knowledge management

The ability to create task lists that are easy, simple & quick accessable from anywhere in our organization with out having multiple copies of each document or work item within different programs! Also it's great how you can easily attach files (images) directly into an email as well which makes life so much easier when sending documents back n forth internally between teams without any issues at hand. I do not like anything about this product yet!! It seems very buggy still but we will seeโ€ฆ

  • How many times have been able too send emails/documents quickly using their system? We should all be thankful for such technology today!!! No one wants anymore headaches trying find where something was sent last week let alone 6 months ago..it is just amazing what they were doing right here.very nice people over there..; )

Great tool for keeping everyone updated and knowledgeable

It has many of my favorite features like creating templates, managing projects with milestones etc-it's easy to use as well! I dislike that it does not have some more advanced tools in terms or drawing/graphics editing (although you can add this through 3rd party apps). This program helps me stay organized by allowing us at our workplace create multiple documents from one template which saves time & paper usage when we send out information via email.- being able edit graphics without needingโ€ฆ
