I had a broken original timing chain guide so it was time to replace it so it could be done in one go. This kit had everything you need to get the job done. Everything fits perfectly and does not drip.

This kit appears to have fairly good quality parts. The timing chain is nice and tight, everything was there and the timing chain guides were very strong. good metal. The oil and water pumps also seem great. The pump makes no noise, the oil pressure is normal.

This kit is of above average quality and the price is excellent. However, be prepared to use the old passenger side rail. Their shape is too bent, which makes the chain too tight and can lead to breakage, bent valve stems, engine damage, etc. This is easy to fix, just use this guide again.

Purchased for 1985 Toyota Hilux 22Re. All items are of good quality. The seals are a bit flimsy/brittle, a light layer of silicone on the motor and cap helps mitigate this. Timing chain and gears in one row. Not bad, installed 2 weeks ago, no run yet, no leaks. Easy to set up.

Bought this timing chain kit (2 heavy duty metal guides and screws), water pump, oil pump for Toyota 2.4LP/22RE. This kit saved me money as I replaced my timing chain, I might as well replace the water pump and oil pump. This set had all of those items and was cheaper than trying to buy the pieces individually.

I am writing this review after the suspiciously tight chain in this kit broke. I was skeptical but a few other reviews said it was difficult but positive reviews nonetheless. NOT CORRECT. The water pump and oil pump seem fine, but with a broken timing chain and at the edge of the freeway, it's a bit more concerning. Update, I bent the valves when it popped, now I don't just have a bad timing chain. . I also damaged the valve train. Thank you for completely wrecking my engine. I could get a good
