This thing works great with my original charger for my Switch Lite. The light helps me see where my switch is when it's in a dark room. The biggest plus is that I don't have to worry about my Switch sliding off my bedside table onto the floor [my boyfriend always walks over my cables without looking and usually pulls everything down] because he's holding on to the bottom of the stand. I have recommended this to all my switch friends!

Edit: 11/25/19 Ok since my first review the seller has contacted me and sent me a new dock and instructed me to use the original confusing charger that I know when they sent the cable. So I'm using a new block and switch charger and what a difference! Highly recommended, it definitely loads 100% better and is functional and aesthetic at the same time! Garbage! DO NOT BUY, looks cool with light effect, but hardly charge your switch, 1 hour will bring you 2% and the charging port is very weak…

I bought two of these to mount two different switches for my kids and quickly found that it takes VERY high precision to twist the switch into the charging port. It only took a few attempts for the charging connector to enter the docking station. I disassembled the docking station, it is simply two molded plastic parts, a cable and a charging port. I received the TNE Switch Lite charging stand in turquoise for my Nintendo Switch Lite. It works great as described. Connect the Nintendo Switch Lite charging cable to the USB-C port on the back, then connect the Switch Lite to the docking station. If you bought a Switch Lite case, you need to remove it.
