I like the coffee pot, it brews quickly but doesn't get too hot. I like my HOT. I end up having to put it in the microwave or drink it warm.

In a year my husband bought 5 new coffee makers, loves coffee when he comes home from work, needless to say it broke the seal. We only received a refund from 1 manufacturer. I feel like we should get other refunds or a top notch coffee maker. Thanks Carol T

Ok I got this from a local discount store as our old kettle broke and we needed our morning coffee! It's been about a month and so far so good in terms of operation. BUT. the basket is black, the whole frame is black - it is very difficult and inconvenient to insert the basket into the coffee maker to make coffee. It's easy to line up the top pin, but nearly impossible to insert the bottom pin, especially if you haven't had your coffee yet. I use a bright flashlight to help him align. And as…

Today I made coffee as normal. Later we had a brief power outage and I wasn't able to program the machine. The manual (online) gave clear and specific instructions, but the machine did not respond appropriately. I will be taking it back to the store for a replacement - hopefully a better quality or brand.
