The hardest part is where to start.

I was really interested in the idea of Zenbroidery. You can embroider, draw, paint or use any combination of techniques to complete this project. Any colors, stitching at your discretion. So far I have embroidered with simple stitches and shades of purple. The fabric is dense, tightly sewn, but it is easy to thread with a needle. The needle is included. Pros
  • Hands-free working
Cons
  • Very expensive

Cute pattern for maximum creativity

Very nice embroidery pattern. I love that each box is unique and you can fill out the template however you see fit. This kit includes a needle but no thread or specific instructions. • Practical item

  • So far, so good

Size is difficult to manage

I like the design and it's easy to see but it's a problem. It's a lot of work so I started with a big hoop but I wanted to spice up the design and sooner or later hooping beads and sequins became a problem. Satin stitches are tough too. I had a scroll frame that seemed to work, but I didn't want such a large, unwieldy project. The fabric is too thin to sew without a support. I thought it would be nice to use something from my yarn and embellishment collection, but that doesn't work for me…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin
