Not my cat's favorite

It came pre assembled so no assembly is required. My cat used it a few times in the first week but after that I didn't see her use it again. I thought it would be a little bit more. My cat can turn it on its side when it scratches. The article itself is fine, only my cat prefers other scratching posts.

BAD DESIGN - TOP!

Very nice piece but the damn thing keeps falling! Bad design. If the base was bigger, there would be no problems. My poor kitten has to wait until I can hold her with my hand (or my foot if she's sitting) to give her a crawl.! The item cannot be returned after 30 days, I have just received my kitten so I guess I need to find someone who can put a new and stronger base on him. I would also conclude that this article is "NOT" secure for this reason as well.

Strange. Just weird. on the subject of beds and furniture

I'm not sure what breed of cat is on the product image, but it wasn't as big as I thought it would be. I would say it's about the size of a bowling ball. I just wanted to get rid of it. Is that a strange toy? I'm not sure if it's the most effective, or at least not consistent with my two cats' behavior. Of course they are old boys and not as playful as kittens. Stylish scraper, buy more! (Update: won't buy again, cheap and poorly made)

UPDATE 10/10/20: We've only had it a few weeks and it's falling apart completely. It's completely poorly made. It is glued on like a first grader with cheap glue. We've had many Petco scrapers that last longer than this one. I would give zero stars if I could. We will not buy again. We want a return. There was potential here, but the scraper just doesn't do it justice

Unfortunately, I can't give a better rating. It's hard to find cat scratching posts that aren't an eyesore, and this one is definitely one of the most stylish I've seen; However, the good looks don't make up for the fact that the product isn't very user-friendly.
