🚽 Toilet Plastic Washers Replacement - Universal Solution for Improved Plumbing Review

I bought this item for my toilet seat. The rubber washers had to be removed to fit the bolt head under the saddle bolt covers. I like the fact that it has a big head and is less likely to break than the small head bolts I replaced.

My home builders approved (as usual) with the cheapest nylon screws they could find which didn't hold the toilet seats in place at all. They are of much better quality and hold the seat in place much more securely. I think the rubber washer is the biggest factor holding the bolt together no matter how much the seat is raised and lowered. Installation was easy too!

There is nothing wrong with the product itself other than the description. They are not standard size. I could mount it but then if you try to raise the toilet seat all the way it won't hold because it's resting on the bolt. It also prevents the little plastic cover from closing over it. The thick black plastic piece seems to make it more visible, but it also had a larger top than the other screws I originally had, luckily I only needed the bottom so I could use it with my existing screw.
