I bought this in August 2018 after reading all the great reviews. I was perfectly happy with this curling iron until the power went on and off a week ago. I traced where the cord enters the curling iron and twists. I am very disappointed that it broke so quickly after paying good money for it. This iron has a perfect design. I had trouble using curling irons with handle controls and kept pressing buttons to turn them on and off without meaning to. And then I bought a curling iron and found that she had no fins. Should it be good? This curling iron has controls that I can't accidentally click on. It's easy to use. Warms up nicely. It has a wide range of heating temperatures. I just love it :) :)

I've only used it a few times but so far I like it. I like it a lot more than the ceramic I used before. It curls my hair well and makes my hair very soft. I've read complaints about the switch placement, but don't see that as a problem. I have longer hair so I went for a 1.5" because I love it and it's so cheap. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it doesn't grab the ends as much , as I would like, and I need to place it higher so my ends don't slip out.

I really like the way this curling iron works. However, 3 of them stopped working for me due to a broken switch. I think this part is cheaply made. The ones I received have no issues with the heating element. It's always a switch. If you rock it, you can sometimes make it work, but who wants that when it turns off instantly when you curl your hair. Just happened to me again!

I have just purchased this item and have used it a few times so my review cannot be as comprehensive as some others. So far it works very well, heats up quickly and has a dial for experimenting with different heat settings. When I originally researched the curling iron, I didn't see that the same model came in different sizes. I would prefer 1 1/4" rather than 1" so I suggest checking the website for alternative sizes. 1 inch makes for more curl, so if a softer curl is desired, the larger size…
