Dentist recommends!

I really believe this toothpaste will help stop tooth decay. I've had less tooth decay since I started 2 1/2 years ago. It helps with my dry mouth I know. My dentist advised me to use Enamelon and as some of his patients are my periodontists I think he is very qualified!

  • Fingers crossed

  • No insurance

Impressive - Oral Care

I love this toothpaste. I've recently started using a prescription toothpaste that has 1.1% fluoride, but a small bottle costs $25 (of course insurance doesn't pay for that, but what do they pay for these days?). I started using this stuff a day later, using the prescription stuff in between. It makes my teeth feel just as good as prescription drugs and cost a lot less.

Healthier Mouth - Oral Care

I love this toothpaste. Since starting this (about 9 months ago) I have noticed that my breathing has improved. I've also had gingivitis in the back of my mouth for a number of years. Since I started using it, my gum feels great and doesn't hurt. This is due to tin fluoride. Tin kills germs. Sodium fluoride - no.

Shocking price jump and not worth it

I bought this product to review in June 2018 for $20 and now 2 months later it is $31. Shocking increase! It has a chalky feel and I don't like that it doesn't lather well when brushed and doesn't have enough breath freshener. As for me, I didn't notice any difference in the sensitivity level compared to the cheaper drugstore sensitive toothpaste. I will try other products as a tube of toothpaste is now $15.50.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some minor issues

i think it works Best Oral Care

My dentist sold me a tube of this product for twice the price. I followed the recommendation: apply after the first brushing with normal toothpaste, rinse, apply a small drop and leave it on at the end so that the fluoride has time to take effect. I like this recommendation, but I don't like it when dentists cheat for pennies. For example, if they beat me there, how much do they beat me for big things? Decided to change dentists. Does this thing protect me from cavities? I don't know, until I…

The dentist who checked this convinced me, but I'm so glad I did. Even at $15 a tube, it's worth it. Used two whole tubes, came back from the dentist today and they said no tooth decay! 6 months ago they said I have 2 small cavities on my wisdom teeth and 2 more on some molars. The doctor couldn't get his poker to stick to anything today. "You look bad, but there's no cavity," he said. Wow, that's all I can say!

Teeth are always sparkling clean

The best toothpaste. hands down Why? tin fluoride. It is an upgraded form of fluorine compared to the more common sodium fluoride and monofluorophosphate. For 2 reasons: 1. It forms a more acid resistant barrier on tooth enamel than sodium fluoride. It creates an antimicrobial barrier on tooth enamel (sodium fluoride and monofluorophosphate do not form). This prevents the formation of plaque on the teeth for 12-24 hours. And when plaque builds up (for example, if you forget to brush your teeth…

I am a dentist and I use this toothpaste. Traditionally, I recommend Prevident 2000 or Gelkam for patients prone to tooth decay or suffering from dry mouth. dr However, FACE's Jeff Brusia recommended Enamelon + MI Paste as a combination for dry mouth or remineralization. After reading some studies I started recommending it to my patients (after trying it myself)[.] (here's a study). Enamelon is the only toothpaste I know of (at the time of writing this article) that contains activated calcium…

This dentist says YES!

I have been a dentist for over a decade and have tried many different toothpastes to sensitize and/or "remineralize" my teeth. This product works very well. In my experience this is the best product for this purpose. I myself use it every day. I have hundreds of patients who have struggled with tooth sensitivity before trying Enamelon. The gel tastes a little better, but I use and recommend the toothpaste version unless the person is interested in the extra step of personal oral hygiene. If you
