Easy setup, great picture quality

Pros: Press the Bluetooth discover button on the JBL speaker and it automatically connected! I didn't even have to look through the menus on the projector. Surprised because of the negative reviews about Bluetooth. Very easy for me. The picture quality is really good. Bought a decent gain corrected screen. Most are good. In the case of street films, of course, the darker the picture, the better the picture quality. Factory sound is good. The fan is not noisy, no one heard it. We're outside, so…

Affordable projector with great brightness and clarity

I've been looking for a projector for a long time but couldn't afford the $500+ price tag. A friend suggested I search the internet and I ended up finding this one for around $200. I'm not new to Amazon and they have a very good return policy so I placed my order. I was impressed by this projector - it's bigger than I expected but the picture is clear and bright. The brightness can be adjusted as can the sharpness so the picture looks great no matter how far from the wall you are. We are using…

A great example of spectacle availability.

One day, while looking at my barn, I dreamed of projecting a film on it for meetings. After doing some research, I was amazed at the affordability. I found a 250 inch screen for under $200 and this projector is a little over $200. So for less than $500 I have a 20 foot campfire/bbq screen. This projector ticked the important checklist I had at a great price: native 1080p, decent lumens and contrast ratio, and Bluetooth for easy adding speakers for deeper, more appropriate sound. I did a test…

Everything We Needed

When setting up our garden for movie nights I had little need for a projector. It had to display a 1080P image, it had to be ceiling mountable, it had to be able to connect to speakers via Bluetooth, and it had to have a light bright enough that we wouldn't force our young children had to sleep until it got dark at 10pm. to see the picture. Surprisingly, this TOPTRO projector turned out to be the only one with everything I expected from an entry-level projector - or at least in this price…

Nice projector with many input options and Bluetooth speaker output.

Getting started was very easy. Projector turned on, Roku Stick plugged in, and the image projected immediately. The image was easy to see indoors in daylight. We've used this outdoors twice, both times projecting from a Roku Stick. It worked with both Netflix and screen mirroring from a tablet. The projector was laterally offset, so we successfully used both vertical and horizontal keystone correction. We couldn't figure out how to rotate the corrected image and ended up having to support one…

Honestly better than I thought

I bought this projector to replace an old inFocus DLP projector I've had since 2006. I wasn't expecting much from this given the price, but I got it in a lightning deal for $200 and couldn't be happier. It's full 1080p, 60fps. It's very bright. I often turn on the lights in my living room while I watch and the only time it looks washed out with the lights on is when the picture has a lot of black/darkness. I haven't tested the bluetooth functionality as it is connected to my 5.1 receiver. But…

Good for the price of video projectors

Not as bright as I expected. My old 15 year old projector is MUCH brighter (true halogen), no comparison. 7200 lumens is too much. I only wanted HDMI 16:9 format. Picky about focus. Use a test template from the Internet. Use manual center focus along with manual tilt focus. Switch back and forth between oblique and center focus until everything is sharp at the edges. Contrast is low, probably due to cheaper lenses/coatings. However, up close you can make out pixels, albeit vaguely. There is no…
