Sturdy, easy to assemble, smooth wheels, comfortable. The lower part with rollers and the pallet is delivered assembled. It is recommended that you loosen and then tighten all of the seat and seat post bolts as it is difficult to align the seat bolts once the posts are already tightened. For the $10 I paid for it, this is the PERFECT rolling stool to power my wood stove. My ass is on a stool, not a stool on fire, just to be clear.
