They are not very bright. I know they are not defective because they come in a pack of three. They're more for toys, but don't expect visibility or safety from them. Aside from not putting out a significant amount of light, they are expensive to use as they burn batteries. They use 2032 disc batteries that are used in car keys. Each light uses 2.
