Broken less than 6 months after install

This product looks great in my newly renovated kitchen, however, less than 6 months after install it's totally broken. The gasket around the pull down want is broken, causing water to spray EVERYWHERE once I pull it down. See the attached video.Also, when I placed the order I was supposed to receive the touch version, which I didn't, but being in the middle of a total renovation I didn't realize until it was installed.Finally, while somewhat minimal, the temperature indicator (a small red/blue…

Exceptional value and functionality

Item was delivered quickly. Installed without issue and the faucet works perfectly. Turns on and off as expected. Used Teflon tape where necessary and absolutely no leaks anywhere. We have had no dead spots turning the faucet on or off and the price point is fantastic

Appearance good for me

I had the faucet installed end of Sept 2020 and it looks amazing, however the tip where you pull the hose down is discolored. I now see a touchless option and would highly recommend touchless as the discoloring is not a good look.

Perfect faucet for a budget

Love this faucet! I was a bit skeptical because of how much cheaper it was compared to delta and Moen but it doesn't look or act cheap!

NOT touch activated :(

Such a bummer. This is NOT a "Touch Activated" faucet. There were no control leads to be found to connect the touch feature. There is a battery pack and control box, but nothing to allow the touch activation to connect. So strange & SUPER disappointing! Looks nice I guess, but could have gotten an inexpensive one that did not advertise being touch activated.

Do not Buy this for my opinion

I loved this when it worked. But the sensor was very temperamental. I had to keep jiggling the red line under the sink. I was the only one in my household able to use it because it was too sensitive. Then, when we would go to just use the faucet normally, it would frequently not work. We'd have to give up & come back later. Finally, after just a little over a year of use, it completely broke.

Totally worth the money

Recently redid my kitchen and went with gold hardware. This faucet made the perfect addition and looks so beautiful installed. Achieves the expensive look without the price tag.

The touch is not the best!

I love how it looks overall but i don’t know if something is wrong with mine but the touch does not work correctly. It sometimes would turn on then off and then i had to keep tapping it to turn it back on because i had no water all of a sudden.

Beautiful light gold color easy instal

Wow absolutely beautiful! Super simple to install and works great! The pressure is strong and I love that! It also matched my light fixture in the kitchen and that was a plus! I wasn't sure how it would work bc I purchased the light first but it matched and looks great together! I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten! Definitely buy it! A+

Horrible / defective less than. Year

I had the sink installed . there is a button you push to change from stream to regular faucet water. The button keeps popping off and it does not change from stream to regular it’s just regular. I’ve had the sink less than one year

Stopped working after 3 months

I love the look and the function but it stopped working after about 3 months. I think it is electrical. I changed the batteries and got one spurt of water. Otherwise, no water is coming out at all. I had a different brand in my previous house and had absolutely no problem for years of use. I'm very disappointed.

The hose does not retract automatically.

I liked the look of the faucet, but it was not practical. Once the hose was extended, it did not retract automatically. I had to do it manually which required me getting under the cabinet. I am returning it.
