I bought this as a gift for someone but I didn't think it would be so cheap, everything from the box to the plastic that holds the dryer, to touch. This nail dryer helped me get better results. I used to ALWAYS screw up my manicure because I forgot my nails were still wet. Now by keeping my nails under the dryer until they are dry I don't have to repeat my manicure which saves time and money. to win! Nice, but small. Bought two. LED does not work effectively for UV nail polish. for your information. I have UV nail polish so I just air dried it. In order for it to dry your nails, you have to press and hold it to blow the air.

I might have liked that, but I saw immediately that it is not LED lighting as described, but UV printing on the box. I chose this one specifically because I don't want UV rays, which cause aging and possibly cancer (although this should be an acceptable UV level). All ultraviolet radiation is harmful to health. I am returning this item. Does it say electric on the packaging? It is clear that everything runs on batteries.

Did a great job for what it's worth. Drying time has been reduced from 2 hours (sitting around ruining nails) to 50 minutes. When I was done, I was able to continue my night. I ended up getting a few dents in my nails from wearing the dog collar, but it wasn't too bad like not having that dryer! I'm sure if I dried them another 10 minutes they would be firm.
