👜 Tough 1 Genuine Leather Saddle Bag Review

Well done but the product was much smaller than expected. Cross Country Essentials could not be packed. Finally returned it.

I didn't expect that. Really stiff and not sure how well it softens after greasing. Not very impressed with the finishes used.

worked perfectly on my Harley Sportster. exactly what I wanted and $200 less than motorcycle equivalents. made a clever stainless steel floor attachment system from some old boat parts to prevent them from rocking, flying up in the wind and getting stuck in the rear wheel.

This bag is terrible! a leather saddle bag? Most of this bag is made out of plastic or something like plastic. The only skin (if you call it that) is the material between the pouches themselves. I would not recommend this pouch, will be returning it, REALLY SATISFIED.

Product Torn on both sides on first day of use. The larger gap carried an 8 pound sack and on the other side was a 64 ounce water bottle. Overall very disappointing. Especially since I had to wait longer than the estimated time of arrival. The item wasn't even shipped until I made an official inquiry about the status a few days after it was expected to arrive.

This is a fairly well built basic set of panniers. My only complaint is that the leather that makes up the gusset is a bit thin. The rest is thicker quality leather but has some quirks so it's not stiff like a board. They have a nice, simple, classic look, which is what I wanted. I think these will wear well. I wish the buckle was brass instead of nickel but that doesn't reflect my rating.
