I love this fly mask. Velcro is needed behind the ears that wraps around the halter and prevents other horses from pulling it off or snagging on anything.

The design looks like you can't get off a horse's face. Unfortunately, this happens relatively more often than with the Velcro mask that I had before.

I haven't had this product even a month, it has held up well but the lycra started to tear and they were able to take it off easily. Where it was stolen by dogs and gnawed to pieces.

I was delighted with this mask when it arrived because it doesn't have velcro. But unfortunately my horse's pasture buddy can easily get on it from my gelding and now it's all stretched and not holding up very well :(

I bought this product for my draft horse that does not fit any "draft horse". This product seemed to fit perfectly as it sat snugly on his face/head without being too tight. After 2 days the seams under the chin came undone and the ears were almost frayed. Overall thought it would take much longer than 2 days. Very cheaply made.

This is the only fly mask my horse hasn't gotten off his head. It's also pretty durable. She tore the mesh on one of her ears. Not much in my opinion as it usually destroys any type of fly mask. This sits comfortably on her head and she absolutely cannot take it off. That's great. I would recommend Houdini for the fly mask.
