Don't think these HORRIBLE BALLS are USAPA legal for tournament use.

They are made in China and I'm sure no one has investigated the claim that they meet US Pickleball Association standards and I'm sure they don't. 40 holes of different sizes. The balls have a rib where the two halves join, which greatly affects rebound. These balls are defective and unusable even for casual play. I sent them back.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • The list will be long.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY

These aren't very good pickleballs - they're very cheap at $1 a ball, but they're terrible for a pickleball. They are glued with a highly visible seam that rises above the parts of the ball. The balls are very hard and have a very uneven bounce - probably due to the stitching. I bought them to use in the ball machine but they are so bad I'm going to throw them in the trash. They say "Made in Taiwan" - which I highly doubt.

Pros
  • Permanent Test Results
Cons
  • Damaged

USAPA approved? Do not you believe!

I bought these based on many good reviews and the fact that they were supposedly USAPA approved. I can't figure out how (if) they were approved because these balls are too hard, the plastic is too flimsy and they are made of 2 fused pieces that break and splinter easily. I started playing with a local band who categorically refused to use these balls for the reasons I have given. This is not considered acceptable by USAPA in any way.

  • Very impressive

  • Lots of stuff

Balls not rounded - outdoor games and entertainment

Today I received a package of 12 pieces. Found that some balls are not round. I don't know how these balls can be legalized by the USAPA as tournament balls. These balls are made in Taiwan by Unique. Consists of 2 halves joined with an unevenly folded seam, creating a visible and hand tactile uneven seam. But for practice I hope it holds up and doesn't tear easily (haven't been to court to try it yet) otherwise it's not value for money either.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

I'm so glad I had some spare balls because I didn't like them at all.

I'm honestly surprised that these balls got such good reviews. They are very cheap ($1 per ball) but are made of very thin plastic and are therefore very light. They're a lot harder to control than the other 4 brands of street pickles I've used and I think that's because they're so light. They bounce off the big slam stick and bounce off the surface of our sticks in wild directions. I'm so glad I had some spare balls because I didn't like them at all.

Six marinade balls for one great price! I'm new so I can't tell if they can handle my super awesome triple spin serve as well as other balls because I do NOT have a super awesome triple spin serve! If you are looking for good balls at a reasonable price, go for it. Not sure where my two updates to this review went. So I'll post them again. The first update lowered them to three stars because they promised three extra pickle balls if I wrote a review. I wrote a review, several weeks passed and…

Nice outdoor picnic ball for the price

My husband and I love this Tourna Strike outdoor picnic ball! It makes a very loud click when you press it, which is great value! They last much longer than Dura Fast 40 and Franklin X-40 Pickleballs! And I'm sorry I only gave this pickleball 3 stars! It's not because I don't think it's a great pickleball, it's simply because there are many other players out there who think it's a bouncy ball too! FYI the ball shape has a visible inner center seam which will cause the ball to lose shape after a

Great Pickleballs!: outdoor games and fun

I bought these balls for practice and practice as they are so much cheaper than all the other balls (only $1.08 at the time of purchase). I'm tired of hitting a few balls and then running after them. They come in a mesh pouch which seems less wasteful than plastic blisters or plastic boxes and is also useful for carrying balls around. The balls have a pronounced seam at the junction of the halves. All 12 of mine were smooth at the seam so as long as they don't tear at the seam I don't see a…
