I can't comment on the battery life or durability as I only got the phone on a Wednesday but the sound quality is very good as is the reception in my area. I was able to activate it via Tracfone.com with no problems. It was well protected when shipped. First on the crate it left the factory in, and then on an additional mailbox. It arrived in excellent condition. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a new phone.
